What AffyLink actually does
You have already written the posts. AffyLink turns the words in them into affiliate links, keeps every mention pointing at the right place, and stays out of your content while doing it.
Links the posts you already wrote
Add a link once and tell us which phrases point at it. Every mention across your site becomes a link, including the posts from years ago you are never going to open again.
Your content is never rewritten
Linking happens when the page is drawn, not in your database. Turn AffyLink off and your posts are exactly as you wrote them — no leftover shortcodes, no cleanup.
Change a destination once
A product goes out of stock or you switch networks: change the link in one place and every mention of it follows, across every post.
A WordPress plugin that does not touch your theme
Install, paste a key, done. The tracker loads through WordPress properly, so a theme update cannot wipe it out — and it imports your existing ThirstyAffiliates or Pretty Links data on the way in.
Import what you already have
ThirstyAffiliates and Pretty Links exports are recognised as they come, and every import previews before it writes anything. Export back to CSV whenever you like, on any plan.
Impressions, not just clicks
We count how often a linked keyword was actually on screen, so you can tell a link nobody clicks from one nobody sees. Those are different problems with different fixes.
Disclosure and compliance built in
Every link is marked rel="nofollow sponsored", links point straight at the destination rather than through us, and an FTC disclosure is on by default. These are not settings you can accidentally leave off.
Amazon Tracking IDs per site
Amazon does not report conversions to any third-party tool, ours included. What it does support is a Tracking ID per site, so you can tell which site earned what inside Amazon's own reporting.
More than one person, without sharing a login
Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer roles, or build your own. An agency can run a client account without being able to change the card. Two-factor authentication is available on every plan.
Several sites on one account
Run as many sites as your plan allows, with analytics split per site. Need one more of something? Add capacity to that limit instead of jumping a whole tier.
Keyword suggestions from your own pages
Point it at a post and it reads the page to suggest phrases worth linking, based on what you actually wrote rather than a generic keyword list.
Clicks are never capped
No plan charges more when a link does well. Being billed for success would be a strange thing to design.
Things we deliberately do not do
Worth knowing before you sign up, rather than after.
- We cannot show your Amazon commissions. Amazon does not report conversions to third-party tools — anyone who says otherwise is estimating or asking for your Amazon password. We show clicks and impressions, and support Amazon's own per-site Tracking IDs.
- We do not hide where a link goes. Links point straight at the destination and are marked as sponsored. Disguising a paid link is the exact thing disclosure rules exist to prevent.
- We do not link inside your headings, menus or comments. Only in the body of your content, and that is not configurable.
- We do not add anything to your Amazon URLs. Attaching per-user identifiers to an Amazon affiliate link is against their operating agreement, and it is your account at risk, not ours.
